30 Day Challenge to Be a Hero
The One Punch Workout Training App will provide you a "Road to Hero".
A "Day Challenge" contains four home workouts:
1. Push Up
2. Pull Up
3. Sit Up
4. Squat
Also, there are three different levels:
1. Beginner
2. Amatuer
3. PRO
As you complete all the day challenges for each level, you will have an access to the next level which has the same workout but more repetitions. You can also decrease the count down timer to increase the intensity of the workout.
All the data will be only stored in your local file (no need internet) so you will have 100% privacy and secure. As a trade-off, if you delete the app, you will lose all the data and start from the scratch.
I am planning to put the user name, instagram, or youtube link for whom finish the PRO challenges to the "Royal Users" list in the Settings page.
I hope you guys can improve your strength and stay healthy through this app. And, please wash your hair every workout so you don't get bold like Saitama!
Note: Since running 10K everyday may cause you a knee injury, it was replaced with the pull ups. The pull up will also help you build your back strong.
